What areas do you cover?

Significant World is based in Kettering, Northamptonshire, and we cover events across Northamptonshire and London. Please get in touch if you're unsure whether we cover your venue.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Once a quote is accepted, your date is secured with a non-refundable deposit. Please note: if the deposit is not received within 5 days of the invoice being issued, we cannot guarantee your date.

How does the booking process work?

Simply request a quote through our website or contact us directly. We'll discuss your vision and send a bespoke quote. Once accepted, a deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

Question 4

Do you cater for outdoor events?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do work on outdoor events. However, balloon installations are subject to weather conditions including heat, wind, and rain. We will always advise if conditions are unsuitable and are not liable for any deterioration after installation due to environmental factors.

Question 5

Can I hire props without a full styling package?

Yes. We offer a luxury hire collection of props, stands, and décor items that can be hired independently. Browse our Hire Collection for available items. All hired items remain the property of Significant World and must be returned in their original condition.

What types of events do you cater for?

Accepted Answer

We work across a wide range of events including weddings, birthday celebrations, baby showers, corporate events, product launches, christenings, and private parties. Every design is fully bespoke and tailored to your brief.

Question 7

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 30 days before your event will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 30 days of the event may be subject to the full quoted amount. You may request to reschedule with at least 14 days' notice, and your deposit may be transferred to a new date within 12 months.

Question 8

Can I make changes to my order after booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, changes can be requested in writing at least 14 days before your event. We will do our best to accommodate them, subject to availability and materials.
