All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The deposit amount will be confirmed in your quote. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 30 days of the event may be subject to the full quoted amount.
Changes to your booking must be requested in writing at least 14 days before your event. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability and materials.
You are responsible for ensuring we have adequate access to the venue at the agreed setup time. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.
Significant World will not be liable for any damage to property caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, venue restrictions, or third-party interference.
